Latina decided to promote spiker Paul Ferenciac to the first team. The 18-year-old born in Suceava in Romania helped his team, Hydra Latina, earn two promotions, from the Serie C to the B1 division.
“Last year I had done the pre-season with the first team but this year I will be part of the roster, this is fantastic – said a happy Ferenciac – I can’t believe I’ll be playing with top level players and that I’ll be coached by Blengini. I arrived in Latina when I was 5 and I started playing volleyball at 9, and I never stopped, and now the dream has come true”.
