Serie A2: For Crema the eighth victory
Crema does not stop and, despite some problems, wins also in Bari and conquers the eighth victory in a row. (on SKY Sport at 3.45PM)Bad day for Saitta injury. Behind Crema: Castellana easilly wins with Bergamo, and Corigliano with Cavriago, Pineto (in the pic) with Mo-No Volley. All has won 3-0. Taviano and Spoleto lost the tiebreak against Bassano and Cagliari. Milano loses again 3-1 in S.Croce. Loreto wins with the same score against Isernia.
On Sunday Serie A TIM will stop in Montichiari for the TIM All Star Volley 2006 with all the stars of our championship.

Tim All Star Volley: Let the party get started!
Sunday 5 November, Volleyball League and Gabeca Montichiari invite you all at the PalaGeorge in Montichiari for the sixteenth edition of TIM All Star Volley 2006, the big challenge among the starts of our Champhionship.
There will be three different teams: Computer Discount Italia di Lega, Acqua Paradiso All Star A1 (in the pic Dennis) and Fiorese SpA All Star A2, for the most exciting tournament of the season. There will be three matches, with the three set formula: victory will go to the team that wins first two set, with the tiebreak on the third at 15 points. In Montichiari the Volleyball wins: 5000 people present. Goodbye for Cantagalli
TIM All Star Volley has been won by Computer Discount Italia di Lega. Fefè Degiorgi teams wins twice, and suffers only in the first match against Fiorese Spa, beated only at the tiebreak. Angel Dennis played for the first time with the italian selection, won the MVP. To make the party more special the presence of Andrea Cassarà, olympic gold medal. It has been also Luca Cantagalli (in the pic) day that in the middle of the day has left SKY and went back into the court for the last serve of his carreer. Standing ovation for him.

Championship Success: 7.6 milions!
Serie A TIM Championship supporters rise up to 7.6 milion. Only Soccer, Formula 1, Motorbike, Giro d’Italia and Tennis has more supporters. This is the impressive data received from StageUp and Ipsos research: Serie A1 TIM is the sixth sport in Italy. One italian out of five, 19,2% of the italians between 14 and 64 yo) has delcared to have followed the Italian Serie A Championship. 1.1 milion out of 7.6 confirm that they watch the matches regularly.

Serie A2 Tim restarts
After the stop for the TIM All Star Volley 2006, Serie A2 TIM Championship will restart on Sunday with the nineth round. Match clou at the PalaBertoni in Crema with the leader hosting Corigliano. The scond of the standing, Castellana Grotte, goes to Cagliari (SKY Sport 2, Monday at 3.45PM) while Taviano hosts Loreto. Milano, witht he new arrival Novotny, will try to break the negative period against Bassano while Bergamo will try to win against S. Croce (in the pic Torre). The other matches of the day are: Modugno-Noicattaro against Spoleto, Cavriago, with new setter Modica, against Pineto. Salvation match between Isernia and Bari.

Serie A2 TIM, Crema still at the top
Nineth round matches sees Crema still at the top. Nineth success for Monti's boys, this time against Corigliano. Second position for Castellana (in the pic, Libraro) that wins in Cagliari 0-3 in fron of SKY cameras (on Monday at 3.45PM). Taviano loses at home at the tiebreak. In Milan, the new arrival Novotny (20 points) is the best scorer in the match against Bassano, but it is not enogh to win the 5th set. Bergamo with pride, under 0-2 recovers and defeats S. Croce. Modugno-Noicattaro easilly wins against Spoleto while Isernia smiles again by beating Bari. Cavriago, with the new setter Modica, does not stop Pineto now in the third position.

Serie A2 TIM: On Sunday the big match in Castellana against Crema
There is a big anticipation in Castellana Grotte for the match between the first and the second of the Championship. Crema still not defeated, will defend his winning record in the very hot Pala 167 already sold out for the occasion, with more than 2000 people and with a lot more that will be forced to stay out. Materdomini carried by "Matador" Pascual wants to growp thin the distance with the Monti boys, now ahead of five points. Tenth round will be played on Sunday by Pineto - Cagliari (Live on SKY Sport 2). Scheduled also the match between Bari-Taviano. Isernia hosts Milano while Corigliano will go to Spoleto. Serie A2: Castellana "blocks" Crema
After ten round Crema has been defeated in the big match by Castellana. In the sold out Pala 167 (2100 people) Monti's team, first set aside, has never been able to get into the game and Castellana is now just two points down in the standing.
Leader false step get the chance to the other teams to get closer to the top of the standing. Pineto beats after a hard match Cagliari at the tiebreak, Santa Croce wins 3-1 against Cavriago with 30 pt scored by Fabbiani. Milano stops the negative period by winning in Isernia for 3-1. Victories away frm home for Mo-No Volley in Loreto and for Taviano against Bari. Also Corigliano wins away from home against Spoleto. Clear victory of Bassano against Bergamo.

A2 Tim: On Sunday the 11th Round
On the next weekend there will be the 11th Round Matches of Serie A2 TIM. Serie A1 TIM will ba on the 10th of Decmber after the end of the worldchampionship.
Leader Crema, after the bad defeat in Castellana, will be tested once again by Bassano. Mater will have an easier match away from home against Spoleto. Hard matches away from home for Pineto (in Taviano) and for S.Croce che against Mo-No Volley. On TV (On Monday at 3.45PM - SKY Sport 2) for the match between Bergamo (in the pic Finazzi) and Loreto. After winning again in Isernia, Sparkling Milano will play again away from home against Cavriago. Other matches Corigliano-Bari and Cagliari-Isernia

Serie A2 Tim: C&C. Castellana reaches Crema at the top
It is not overtake, because Spoleto stopped a little Castellana Grotte until 13-13 in the tiebreak. But the two points obtained away from home by Pascual and teammates in the 11th round give Castellana the chance to reach Crema that lost at home against Bassano. After the two teams, Santa Croce, only two points behind after winning against Modugno-Noicattaro. Corigliano is in 4th position, thanks to the 3-0 against Bari. Stop for Pineto, that loses in Taviano. Clear victory in Bergamo (on SKY Sport 2 on Monday at 3.45PM) for Loreto, carried by a positive Mosterts. Another show for Novotny in Cavriago, that with 27 points gives the victory to Milano. Cagliari wins 3-0 and leaves Isernia still in the dangerous zone.

Serie A2 TIM: Crema loses but keeps the leadership together with Santa Croce
The third consecutive loss of the championship for Crema is not that bitter: thanks to the point gaigned at the tiebreak lost in Pineto, Monti's boys are back at the top. Castellana Grotte loses in Santa Croce (3-1), and the tuscans goes to the top as weel. In the otherd big challenge of the day, surprising victory of Corigliano that wins in Bassano and reach Castellana at the third position. Another success for Taviano, this time against MoNo Volley. Bari raise the head again: a clear victory against Spoleto with the debut of the new coach Lorizio. For Cavriago, the Serie A2 debut of Cantagalli signs the vicotry fo the team: the 12th round sees Cavriago winning in Isernia. Positive strip for Cagliari, victory in Loreto. In the Saturday match, Milano beated Bergamo 3-2
