Mario Motta could not have hoped for any better from the team. In the “Two Towers” trophy, Volley Segrate offered two convincing performances, beating the Austrians of Klaghenfurt and the Monza on a 3-0 score. Most encouraging sign was the good understanding between Bruno Temponi and Ronaldo, while Cazzaniga and Alletti kept improving.
