Volleyball at its best in the Umbria region as the fans will focus on the big derby between Città di Castello and Perugia. Only one point separate the two teams after ten rounds. Perugia proved to be a totally different team than the one that made its debut in the A2 last season. They have no fear any more thanks to some good recruitment in the summer: starting with coach Kovac, then with the signings of setters Daldello and Bucaioni, Vincenzo Tamburo, Corsini, Tomasetti, the middle blockers Petric and Goran Vujevic and libero Cesarini.
