There was an important guest in San Giustino’s last game against Latina: the president of the national referee association, Benito Montesi.
“The world of refereeing is in constant evolution – he said – There are a thousand new registrations every year, this would represent an important figure if this wasn’t for the number of people that gives up for various reasons. Being a referee is tough, you have to handle the pressure, you have to take decisions in a tenth of a second, and sometimes it happens to make mistakes”.
