Castellana Grotte completed its roster for the upcoming season with three youngsters from its youth academy: one of them is Floride Ntotila, spiker born in 1997 with origins from Congo but born in Italy, captain of the U19 team that finished vice champion in the Junior League. The others are Antonio Ratano, libero born in 1997 from Gagliano del Capo and the surprise Giovanni Gargiulo, middle blocker born in 1999 from Sorrento, who played last season in the U17 team.
Meanwhile, the fixture lists were revealed and Castellana Grotte will begin on the road against Club Italia Roma on October 25. The first home game will come a week later against Reggio Emilia.
