In a sold-out PalaGlobo arena, Piazza’s men played some superb volleyball to come out 3-0 winners. The hosts never put in doubt the visitors’ authority. The first set was tight until 9-11, when Massari and Vettori took charge. In the second, Sora stayed close until 13-15, then modena escaped. And the visitors took control of the third early on without letting loose of its grasp on the set and three points.
