The new sports organization designed by Emma Villas Siena and Lupi Pallavolo Santa Croce is beginning to take shape. There are many steps to be taken: after the team was established and presented, the coaching staff was optimally organized, and other aspects such as logistics were completed, attention has rightly shifted in recent days to the presentation of the new logo and the Board of Directors and their respective positions.
The full Board of Directors met recently for the first time at the Pala Parenti in Santa Croce sull’Arno. At the table were President Gianmarco Bisogno, Vice President Alberto Lami, and directors Fabio Mechini, Simone Coltelli, Domenico D’Elia, Stefano Gailli, Sergio Rosati, Paolo Sebastianelli, and Fausto Zingoni. The organizational chart represents both entities involved and will work both for the present—the A2 Credem Banca championships and the national Serie B—and for the future, given that Emma Villas Codyeco Lupi Siena isn’t limited to a single season but aims to become a regional leader in national men’s volleyball. It has ambitious goals, both in terms of sporting results and increasing fan and enthusiast engagement.
