The first weeks of preparation for the 2025/2026 season at Campi Reali Cantù are in full swing. The Cantù team will be working on the sand at the Lazzate Sports Arena, even though these are the last few days, and with the ball at the PalaFrancescucci in Casnate con Bernate and the Villa Guardia sports hall. They will also be spending time in the pool at Aqvasport in Cermenate, and will be doing their usual weight training sessions at Cantù Sporting Club.
With the first days of training, the joint training schedule for Coach Alessio Zingoni’s team is also official. The training session begins on Saturday, September 13th at the PalaFrancescucci against Diavoli Rosa di Brugherio (Serie B). The next match will be a visit to Mint Vero Volley Monza (SuperLega) on Friday, September 19th. This will be followed by the first leg (home on September 27th) and the second leg (venue to be determined on October 1st) against Conad Reggio Emilia, recently relegated to Serie A3. Cantù’s pre-season concludes with a double-header against peers Gruppo Consoli Sferc Brescia. The first match, valid for the Sferc Città di Lumezzane Trophy, will be played in the Brescia town on October 4th, and the second in Casnate con Bernate on October 10th.
