The 28th edition of the Del Monte Coppa Italia stops in Prata where tomorrow Tinet Prata will face the reigning champions Gruppo Consoli Sferc Brescia, led on the field by Simone Tiberti, MVP of the last edition. The home field advantage smiles on Mario Di Pietro’s yellow and blues who came first in the Regular Season of the Serie A2 championship. In continuity with last season, the Del Monte® Coppa Italia A2 was played for the second time after the Regular Season ended and the 12 Serie A2 teams participated (all except the two relegated to Serie A3), in parallel with the Play Offs valid for promotion to SuperLega Credem Banca. The single-match challenges decided the four semi-finalists, with Tinet Prata of Pordenone and Gruppo Consoli Sferc Brescia who, beating Evolution Green Aversa and MA Acqua S.Bernardo Cuneo respectively, qualified for the Final.
