Volley Tricolore opens a new chapter in its history in the year it celebrates two particularly significant anniversaries: the 60th anniversary of the club’s founding and the 20th anniversary of June 2006, when the club achieved its first historic promotion to Serie A2. This important anniversary coincides with a significant overhaul of the club’s structure, in the spirit of continuity, growth, and the desire to build for the future while maintaining its roots.

After 35 years at the helm of the club, Giulio Bertaccini is stepping down as president. His has been a long and rewarding journey, during which he has contributed significantly to the club’s growth, accompanying it through generations of athletes, managers, and fans. During his managerial career, he also served for several years as vice president of the Lega Pallavolo Serie A, making his contribution at the national level and proudly representing the Reggio Emilia volleyball movement. For his dedication and unbreakable bond with the club, Bertaccini will be named Honorary President of Volley Tricolore, in addition to remaining a member of the club.

He will be succeeded by Loris Migliari, a figure who has been central to the club’s life for 23 years and, as General Manager, has been instrumental in some of the club’s most significant sporting and organizational achievements in recent years. He will be the new President of Volley Tricolore.
