The circle closes and the roster of Tinet Prata season 2025 – 2026 is completed. In the complex puzzle of the yellow and blue team, the box that concerned the setter who will support Alessio Alberini in the management of the control room was still vacant. The choice fell on a talented athlete from the Academy of Volley Prata, namely Matteo Pillon, in the season just ended director of the Serie C and U19 Friulintagli with which he also achieved the title of MVP at the Regional Finals. Pillon from Treviso, born in 2006, arrived in Prata a couple of seasons ago at the Academy Volley Prata from Montebelluna and immediately showed excellent technical ideas, so much so that Dante Boninfante had already made him participate in the Serie A training sessions and also called him up for a couple of matches of the first team. But now Pillon will be permanently included in the first team.

“This call to the first team is a great satisfaction – says the young Gialloblù director – I consider it the result above all of the excellent work that we have managed to do in these two years with the Academy. The fact of having found excellent and very well-prepared coaches has helped to outline my technical path well. For me it is certainly a great opportunity and I will try to give my best. I will certainly learn a lot both from the technical staff, but also from my teammates who now have great experience in the category”
