Daniele Morato is the new coach of Agnelli Tipiesse. The technician originally from Lecco, who arrived in the summer to fill the role of “second”, was promoted by the rossoblù club. Fourteen years with the Diavoli Rosa di Brugherio, first as a player and then as a coach in one of the best and most successful academies of national volleyball. Shaped by a reference of the caliber of Danilo Durand, he appeared for the first time in the A2 series in the current season to continue his growth with Gianluca Graziosi. And it is precisely to his predecessor that the technician, born in 1989, dedicates his first thoughts.
“We met last June and an absolute harmony was born immediately. I thank him for what he has been able to pass on to me in these six and a half months of work, from a human and professional point of view”.

ENTHUSIASM TO POWER – “We need to try to reverse the course even though there is very little to invent. The ranking says that we are still in full swing to improve the position, in full tussle with all but Vibo. Some game situations need to be optimized and it is necessary to recreate the enthusiasm, the real engine. Five games to go in which you also have to be good at enjoying the moments with more serenity and putting everything back together, but with your mind on one match at a time”.
