Both teams are looking for a last-ditch effort to reach the Semi-finals at the last minute with the help of favorable results from the other fields. The leaders Gas Sales Bluenergy Piacenza, undefeated and with 11 points in the league, wants to consolidate their lead at home with a show of strength against Cucine Lube Civitanova, who returned to success on Sunday, moving into third position (6 points) and it doesn’t want to lose any more altitude. To undermine the leadership of the Emilians there is only Rana Verona, currently on the second step of the podium with 10 points, engaged within friendly walls against Cisterna Volley, who dream of ousting Lube in third position, but who must at least defend a fourth place that counts for the semi-finals. The winner of the competition will receive a European pass for the 2025 Challenge Cup.
