The Second Phase A2/A3 of the Del Monte Junior League begins, the youth competition organized by the Serie A Volleyball League, among the most important at youth level in the entire national territory. After beating Sieco Service Ortona twice 3-0 in the two matches valid for the first phase, Bcc Tecbus Castellana Grotte is placed in group B with Kemas Lamipel Santa Croce and Consar Ravenna.
For the first day of the triangular event, Tuesday 9 April 2024, at 6 pm, the Kemas Lamipel Santa Croce will arrive at the Pala Grotte di Castellana. The yellow-blue boys led on the bench by Domenico Farella thus make their debut with their home match: depending on the result against the Tuscans, the calendar for the away match in Ravenna will then be determined.
In the Second Eliminatory Phase, in fact, the six teams (there are also Bologna, Prata di Pordenone and Brugherio in group A) are divided into two groups of three teams each. The formula involves one-way matches (for a total of three matches) with each team playing two (one at home and one away). The top-ranked teams in each group qualify for the Final Eight of the Junior League.
