Born in 1998, spiker role, Riccardo Mian returns to wear the Reggio Emilia jersey after having already left his mark in past seasons.
His words: “Returning to Reggio Emilia was a choice from the heart. I spent two important years here, it was home, I know the environment, the people, and I have a special bond with this jersey. Wearing it again means a lot to me: it’s a mix of pride, responsibility and great motivation. I wanted to return to where it all began and give my contribution with experience and energy, in a project that I truly feel is mine. In Belluno I had a very positive season, both on a personal and team level. From that year I have brought with me confidence, enthusiasm and greater awareness of my abilities. Now I want to put all of this at the service of the group: intensity, spirit of sacrifice and the desire to grow together, day after day. I expect an intense season, made of work, commitment and a great desire to do well. The environment is healthy and ambitious, and this pushes you to always give your best. On a personal level I want to offer continuity, give everything for the team and grow further, together with my teammates. I can’t wait to get started.”
