Latina made history by qualifying for the Cev Cup semi-final thanks to the golden set won against Unterhaching. The guests clinched two very tight first set before sealing the game more easily in the third, but Latina took the golden set and earned the right to meet the Turkish of Ankara in February with the return leg in Italy.
Silvano Prandi (Coach Andreoli Latina): “I’m always afraid to lose, in any game, but once on court I do everything to win it. I tried to find something that could disturb them.
