After having archived the season, at least in terms of absolute results, the most important in its history with the conquest of a promotion semi-final for the Superleague and access to the Final of the Italian Cup, Tinet Prata has already decided to lay solid foundations for its future. The watchword is continuity, with the intent of confirming and, possibly, improving the roster available to Mario Di Pietro and his staff. We therefore start again from one of the cornerstones of Tinet in recent years, namely Jernej Terpin, who will wear the yellow and blue for the next two seasons.
The Gorizia native, born in 1996, earned his confirmation with matches at the highest level in all fundamentals and he did so by maintaining a very high level of performance continuity throughout the season, often carrying the team on his shoulders both technically and morally.
“I spent two years full of emotions in Prata – the spiker said when he renewed – two years that also allowed me to return to my region, Friuli Venezia Giulia, and represent it throughout Italy. It seemed logical to me, once the company’s will was verified, to continue this relationship. Volley Prata reflects my same values and pursues my same goals and therefore it was easy and almost obvious to work to reach an agreement that makes everyone happy.
