Born in 1994, spiker, Riccardo Scaltriti is a welcome return for the Reggio Emilia team. After several seasons away from the city, Scaltriti returns to wear the Granata jersey with renewed enthusiasm and great motivation. An experienced and physically solid player, he brings with him an important technical background and a deep knowledge of the game, gained over years of playing in national championships. A reliable spiker, capable of giving balance to the reception phase and incisiveness in attack, he represents a valuable addition to the department. His return adds a further piece of quality and identity to the team, strengthening not only the group on the field, but also the sense of belonging and continuity of the technical project.
His words: “I needed to start a new stage of my life in the fields of my home, and when this proposal arrived, accompanied by such a stimulating project, I didn’t need to think twice. Returning to such a familiar environment, with athletes of great caliber and with whom I have also established a friendship, is a source of great emotion. The possibility of sharing a path of this type once again gives me energy and motivation. On the field, I believe that my presence can be summed up in a strong repulsion for alibis and in a constant search for quality and personality.
