The Emilian team will only need to win two sets—in front of their home crowd—to advance to the playoffs of the second European competition, thanks to their four-set victory on Spanish soil last week.
Gas Sales is coming off a league battle against Valsa Group Modena, which ended 3-2 for the Ghirlandina team.
