Due to the wheelchair basketball, the friendly game between Taranto and Vibo Valentia ended on an unusual 2-2 draw. Indeed, this is the first time in the club’s history that a game ends on a draw. Taranto will come across Vibo again next weekend as both teams will take part in a tournament in Tricase (south of Lecce), together with Latina and Macerata. Rivaldo was the main man again with 23 points and 54% in attack. Cleber had a good performance too with 18 points.
“I’ve seen good things and others not as brilliant – said coach Montagnani – It’s obvious that we have to improve more in certain aspects (block/dig) rather than in others (reception)”.
