Time to say goodbye for Garcia Pires Ribeiro Riad, who will continue his career back in South America. Indeed, the move to RJX, team from Rio de Janeiro was made official today. Riad played 70 games with Trentino and scored 384 points, helping the club win the Club World Championships, three Champions League, one league title and one Italian cup.
“Right now I am experiencing mixed feelings – said Riad – On the one hand, I am happy to go back to Brasil, because I will finally be able to live near my home, and be with my family, but on the other hand I am sad to leave Italy, it had totally become my home in those five years. It’s not easy for me to go away: in Cuneo, Latina and above all Trento, I have lived unforgettable moments”.
