The Piacenza players carried out their first training session of the new season. The newcomers Latelli, Corvetta, Ogurcak, Maruotti and Vettori joined the players that were there last season, captain Zlatanov, Tencati and Marra. Fei and Papi will have a couple of weeks rest after their international commitments.
“I can’t wait to start – said coach Monti – We have an excellent team, with a good mix of young and experienced players. Our target will be to do as well as possible in both competitions, in the League and the Challenge Cup, even if I only see two teams in the chase for the league: Trento ad Macerata”.
