Potenza Picena strengthened its roster with the arrival of a giant: Dario Berni. The promising middle blocker born in 1993 was in Matera last season. The exceptionally athletic player made the big leap from the B2 last year and was not unfazed by the bigger stage as he contributed with his blocking ability.
“I am extremely excited – said Berni – I have been in volleyball for only five years and I know I have a big margin for improvement. I will train hard. My target is to make it tough for coach Graziosi every week when he will have to choose his starting middle blockers”.
