After 20 years spent in the elite of Italian volleyball in the Serie A1, Cristian Casoli will go down one level to lead the way for Potenza PIcena. Born in 1975 in Varese, Casoli had an incredibly successful club career, also made of 99 appearances with the Italian national team. “I decided to break the ice with the A2 because I found Potenza’s project with so many young players extremely exciting – said Casoli – This is a great challenge for me. After twenty years at the highest level it almost comes natural to me to give advice to the young players who are learning the game”.
