Perugia has its setters. The club of president Sirci reached an agreement with Dobromir Dimitrov, who will be the back-up of De Cecco in Castellani’s squad. Born in 1991, the Bulgarian international will have his first experience in Italy. Dimitrov took part in the last London Olympic Games with his national team and is currently involved in the European Games in Baku. Last season he played for CSM Bucarest.

“Dimitrov is still young – said coach Castellani – He has interesting physical attributes, the ball goes nicely off his hands, he does well as a blocker and he has a tricky serve to handle”.
