Alessano was defeated 3-2 in the Leonardo De Giorgi memorial played in Alberobello. Without Cernic, cautiously rested, and Piscopo who only played a set and a half, Alessano still managed to make it tough for their opponent forcing them to play five sets. Still, there were many mistakes again due to the intense training and an understanding between the players which still needs refinement. Next game will be on Friday in Tricase against Vibo Valentia.
