Lega Volley Italian Volleyball League president Massimo Righi is calling an urgent meeting with Government, because of discrimination to volleyball in favour of music events. President Righi said: “it’s weird what is happening to our indoor sport events. The technical scientific committee allowed to the volleyball games the 50% of the audience, while in the same arena a live music show is allowed to the 80% of the capacity of the same arena. This is a total discrimination of our sport, a sport which is making big our country all around the world. We are now firmly asking a meeting with minister Speranza, Secretaty Vezzali and the Technical Scientific Committee, because we know we are 100% right. We are already able to settle a lawsuit on this topic”.
