First adventure out of “your” Tuscany in a square where your other countrymen have exalted themselves. How did the negotiations with Folgore Massa come about and what convinced you?
“In reality, the strong conviction of having a new experience away from home had already matured in me. My goal was to find an interesting project in A3, and measure myself against the level that this category demands. When the opportunity arose to sign with Folgore, I immediately accepted without thinking twice. ”
Last season you shared the locker room with a great ex like Ferrini. Did you have the opportunity to talk to him for a while, perhaps asking him something about the green-and-white environment?
“Absolutely. It was he who advised me, having played a few years ago with the Folgore shirt in Serie B. He told me that I would go to a beautiful place, with the opportunity to take the field in one of the best squares from a volleyball point of view. and the possibility of working for a large company that never misses anything for its members ”.
From a technical point of view, what are your characteristics and your reference models?
“I’m an attack center. As for the models, as a child I was inspired by Super League athletes such as Podrascanin and Lisinac. In the last few years played in A2, I tried to learn a lot from my team mates like Festi, Copelli and all the others with whom I trained on a daily basis ”.
