The 9th, 10th and 11th classified of the Regular Season took part in the Preliminaries, creating a round-robin round. the Preliminaries qualify the best placed team to the five-team main draw, together with the teams eliminated in the Quarter-finals of the Scudetto. The five participants play a one-way round of 5 days, then Semi-finals and Final. The winner goes to the Challenge Cup 2023/24.
