We’ll be back to breathing international volleyball air tomorrow and Saturday at PalabancaSport. Two joint training sessions with the Swiss Chenois Geneve Volleyball team which plays in the Swiss National League A championship are scheduled for Gas Sales Bluenergy Volley Piacenza.
Tomorrow, Friday 22 September (warm-up starts at 5.15pm) Gas Sales Bluenergy Volley Piacenza will find themselves at the net with the Swiss team coached by the Italian Marco Camperi, coach at Piacenza between 2014 and 2017, and the challenge will be repeated on Saturday 23 September ( 3.15pm warm-up starts).
Coach Andrea Anastasi, in addition to the players involved with their national teams, will not have central defender Edoardo Caneschi available who underwent surgery on his left ankle on Wednesday.
The six athletes of the first team (Robertlandy Simon, Fabrizio Gironi, Francesco Recine, Nicolò Hoffer, Bruno Dias and Fabio Ricci) will be joined by some youth players.
The two tests with Geneva will be free to enter.
