Dr. Francesco Settembrini, nutritionist pharmacist holds a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Sports Physiology and is a consultant for various athletes and sports teams in the area.

“Of course, new personalities, new kinds of athletes and also new cultures since there will be many foreigners from all over the world even if there is a predominantly American presence, so we will also go and refine our English and the approach will therefore be different from past years because it will be necessary to get to know these new figures well at 360°. Even if these athletes to be professionals and compete at a high level must necessarily already have their own sports food background. It is clear that everything can be refined and improved, so my job is to make their body machine more and more efficient”
