These first weeks of preparation have allowed Volley Banca Macerata to improve its condition and the cohesion of the group. An important choice was that of the new red and white Captain, a role that was entrusted to the setter Sebastiano Marsili. The ’96 born native of Treviso is among the new faces arriving in Macerata this summer during the transfer session and boasts a very respectable career between Serie A2 and Serie A3, as well as knowing the Blue Group very well.
Engaged in field tests with Volley Banca Macerata, these were the first weeks for you as red and white captain, “It is a role that I have also played in the past in other teams and I gladly welcomed the opportunity to represent this group, for me it is an honour. Macerata is an important square and a great stimulus.” One of the most important aspects of this phase of preparation for the championship is finding the right cohesion in the group, “I am lucky enough to work with a team made up of many good guys, we are already very united and this makes things easier for me as Captain. I see that we are all focused on the same goal, we want to do well, continue to work with intensity and be ready for the start of the championship. An important season awaits us and we are determined to raise the name of Macerata high.”
