The Med Store Tunit Macerata is the second finalist of the Del Monte® Italian Cup of Serie A3. The Marches beat Maury’s Com Cavi Tuscania 3-0 thanks to an excellent choral performance, proving to have grit and stubbornness in the decisive moments. After winning the first set 19-25, Gabbanelli and his companions suffer the return of Tuscania, who fights point by point, but in the end it is Macerata who finds the winning twist to take home the second set with a score of 24-26. In the third set, Tuscania tries to keep up, but Macerata flies on the wings of enthusiasm and takes the victory 17-25.
Tuscania takes the field with Parisi at the dribble, opposite Onwelo, the spikers are Sacripanti and Corrado, the central players Festi and Aprile, the free Sorgente. For Macerata, the setter-opposite diagonal is formed by the Kindgard-Morelli duo, in the band we find Wawrzynczyk and Lazzaretto, in the center Luisetto and Pizzichini, the libero is Gabbanelli.
Abba Pineto – Med Store Tunit Macerata will therefore be the final of the Del Monte® Italian Cup of Serie A3, scheduled for tomorrow afternoon at 18.00. Farmitalia Catania and Maury’s Com Cavi Tuscania will instead play the final for 3rd place at 15.00.

We know Pineto very well, they are a strong team and deserved to play in the final. The second set was definitely decisive, we could have been better in certain situations, while Macerata was more cynical in the important moments.
