After a Sunday rest, the second week of work for Avimecc Volley Modica begins as it prepares to face the fifth season of the A3 volleyball series.

The blue-and-white group under the watchful eye of coach Enzo Di Stefano and his staff continues to work to get back in shape and does so with great dedication and concentrated on the work that the “Galletti” coach alternates between “PalaMoak”, the Geodetic Structure of via Fabrizio and on the sand.

From this week, the rhythms of work will begin to rise to put “fuel” in the legs in view of the first test matches of the season.

“I am satisfied with the guys who have always responded to our requests in these first days of work – explains coach Enzo Di Stefano – . In addition to the standard summer preparation, this year we have also included pilates sessions, which I believe in so much. The guys are all quite motivated and continue to work with ever-increasing enthusiasm and this bodes well for the start of the season. I believe a lot in the group that must coincide with the team and – he continues – the reconfirmed last season in this sense were good at welcoming the new arrivals and are helping them to fit into the daily dynamics of the team and this first week of work , therefore it was used to get to know us better. Our athletic trainer – he continues – is working to put “fuel” in our engines and, in fact, in this first training period we are focusing on strength and aerobics. Starting this week we’ll start pushing a bit and at the same time we’ll start “studying” our game system up to the first test matches, where we’ll field what we’ve prepared in the gym. Our fans – concludes the Avimecc Volley Modica coach – will be fundamental for us, especially this year that the A3 series championship has raised the level even further. We have highlighted that this year we will be the only Sicilian team in the A3 series, so the voice of our supporters and their presence at the “PalaRizza” will be of great help to us”.
