The magic of the holidays embraces the magical world of dunks. And not only that. Belluno Volley, in fact, celebrated the Christmas period with a themed dinner, in the setting of Piazza dei Martiri. The event, inserted in the context of “Christmas in Belluno”, represented a splendid moment of sharing, together with the SSD Dolomiti Bellunesi football club, but also an opportunity for discussion and celebration of sport, as a precious glue for the entire territory.
Present at the evening were the athletes of the first team, the technical staff, managers, collaborators and company top management, accompanied by the sponsors. And there was no lack of presence of the city and provincial authorities: the mayor of Belluno, Oscar De Pellegrin, the deputy Paolo Gamba, the municipal councilors Monica Mazzoccoli and Franco Roccon; the president of the Province, Roberto Padrin; the president of the Management Committee of the Border Municipalities Fund, Dario Bond, and the provincial delegate of CONI, Simone Soccal.
The menu, curated by the catering of Villa Clizia and ennobled by the bubbles of Asolo Prosecco from Dal Bello Vini, gave taste and elegance to a convivial evening. «No jealousy with football, on the contrary – stated president Sandro Da Rold -. We are a small territory and, if we do not collaborate with each other, the risk is that we will remain stagnant or in any case limit our range of action. A few kilometers from here, we have the example of Imoco Conegliano, which has become a world-class reality thanks to its ability to weave relationships and synergies.”
