We’re playing for the title!
Last hours of waiting before the kick-off of game 4 of the championship final between Sir Susa Vim Perugia and Mint Vero Volley Monza.
Best-of-five series, we return to the pitch with Perugia ahead 2-1, kick-off at the Opiquad Arena in Monza tomorrow afternoon at 6.00 pm with live TV on Raisport ch. 58 and live streaming on the VBTV web platform. If the Block Devils win it will be the championship, if Monza wins we go to the beautiful match on May 1st at PalaBarton.
Difficult to pass the hours in the city, coach Lorenzetti’s team instead remained concentrated in their natural habitat of PalaBarton to prepare with great concentration for tomorrow’s match. This morning training at Pian di Massiano for the Bianconeri with the final technical-tactical alchemy to be fine-tuned, in the afternoon we leave for Monza.
Lorenzetti knows he can count on all the squad members available, but tomorrow he should confirm the usual starting seven. The presence at the start is therefore probable for Giannelli as director, Ben Tara as diagonal, Russo and Flavio as a central pair, Plotnytskyi and Semeniuk as receivers and Colaci as libero.
There should also be little news at Mint Vero Volley with coach Eccheli who will most likely confirm Chachopa as director and Loeppky as diagonal, Galassi and Di Martino at the center of the net, Takahashi and Maar as hammers in place four and Gaggini as manager of the second line.

PRECEDENTS
Thirty-six precedents between the two teams. Twenty-eight victories for Sir Susa Vim Perugia, eight victories for Mint Vero Volley Monza. Perugia ahead 2-1 in the victory tally after the first three matches of the series with Perugia’s victory at PalaBarton 3-1 in match 1 (partials of 27-25, 25-18, 23-25, 25-23), success of Monza at the Opiquad Arena 3-2 in game 2 (partials of 25-20, 23-23, 21-25, 25-19, 15-11) and success of Perugia at PalaBarton 3-1 in game 3 (partials of 25- 15, 25-18, 24-26, 25-19).
