The buildup to their next SuperLega match began this morning with the resumption of training at the Palasport on Via delle Province: Cisterna Volley will be playing another away game on Saturday, November 8th (6:00 PM), away to Vero Volley Monza. The team will train all week, including gym and ball work, before departing for Lombardy on Friday.

Tommaso Barotto: “Given that all matches are equally important because they bring points to the standings, it’s undeniable that when you play head-to-head matches, getting a result is crucial. The match against Monza is one of those: the key elements of our volleyball must be present on the court, and mentally, maximum concentration will be required, from the approach to the final point.”

“This is a crucial away game for the rest of our season,” emphasized the Cisterna Volley opposite hitter. “The current standings say that Monza and Grottazzolina are the opponents we must beat to avoid finding ourselves in a difficult situation. Against Grottazzolina, we did what we had to, even though with more focus, we could have won without resorting to a tie-break. Against Monza, we’ll need the same attitude, but without any lapses in concentration.
