MA Acqua S.Bernardo Cuneo reached the final of the 1st “Città di S.Croce” International Tournament – Piero Conservi Memorial, defeating the French team Arago de Sète Volleyball in a tiebreaker. Third place went to the home team Emma Villas Codyeco Lupi Siena, and fourth place went to Greenyard Vc Maseeik.
A thrilling test match that, after a confident first set, saw the white-and-blues win, saw two hard-fought sets. In the fourth set, the Cuneo team regained their serve power and led from the start in the tiebreaker.
A great team victory that comes after a week of intense work, but above all, a weekend of great performance and growth as a team in managing critical situations.
The MVP award went to the white-and-blues’ director Michele Baranowicz.
