Middle blocker Gianluca Galassi and libero Domenico Pace, players for Gas Sales Bluenergy Volley Piacenza, will be featured with the Italian National Team at the FIPAV Cup Men Elite International Tournament, taking place in Turin from August 29th to 31st. Germany, the Netherlands, and Turkey will also compete.
The Men’s National Team continues its preparations for the World Championships (Philippines, September 12th-28th, 2025). After training camps in Cervia and Verona, the team will return to Turin on Wednesday, August 27th.
The Azzurri’s training camp will begin at Milan Malpensa Airport on the morning of Wednesday the 27th, where, before traveling to the City of the Mole, they will be involved in an event with main sponsor DHL.
Coach Ferdinando De Giorgi has called up 15 players, including the two red and whites.
