A youth sector celebrating, a first team pulling off tough away results, a women’s team in top form, and more. For Domotek Volley Reggio Calabria, 2025 ends with a big smile and plenty of energy for the future.
Drawing the conclusions of this “beautiful day” and this “beautiful year” is sporting director Cesare Pellegrino, who in a chat paints the picture of a solid and rapidly expanding club.
“Let’s start with this wonderful youth sector day,” Pellegrino begins, referring to the recent youth sector Christmas party. “We decided to bring together our entire youth sector, which is constantly growing, so it was a beautiful day, a beautiful afternoon in the presence of an Italian legend like Valerio Vermiglio.” A moment of sharing, crucial to strengthening the family spirit that is the true driving force behind the Domotek Sportspecialist project.
“We knew we were facing a tough team like Lecce, on a difficult pitch with a fairly tough crowd. But the boys did well.” A victory built on character: “We approached the first set very well, then we did well, very well, at withstanding the problems they created, especially in the handoffs.”
