Volley Savigliano is pleased to announce the third welcome confirmation on the field in view of the 2025/26 sports season that Monge-Gerbaudo will still experience in the noble shore of Serie A3 Credem Banca.
The control room will, in fact, still be entrusted to Matteo Pistolesi, in his third year at PalaSanGiorgio. Born in 1995, “Pisto” now boasts almost 15 years of experience among the “big boys”.
Now, the goal is to update this data: “I am happy with this confirmation, because it will be the third year in a place that has now become my home. Here I have built important bonds, which were fundamental especially last year. Two years ago everything was easier, because the results were coming. Last year, however, we had to suffer, and we did it as a group, making up for the difficulties with unity. What kind of season do I expect? It will be a very difficult championship, with at least 3-4 very strong rosters. Among these there could also be ours, which however has been significantly renewed and will have to find the right mix. I am very happy that our coach will be Serafini, because with Moretti and Simeon he was in my opinion the best coach of these last years in Serie A3. It will be nice to work with him, who is a former setter and knows this role well.
