Sonepar Padova has completed its second week of training at the Kioene Arena ahead of the upcoming SuperLega season. These first weeks of preparation will focus on two things: strengthening relationships within the group and laying the technical foundations needed to tackle a championship that promises to be, once again, long and competitive. At the start of an intense preseason, which will see the Bianconeri engaged in joint training and a high-level four-team tournament, the Paduan coach took stock of the situation, outlining the prospects and challenges of the new season.

Coach Cuttini, there are still several weeks to go until the start of the championship, but preparation has already begun. What will the team need to work on most in these first few weeks?

Like every year, our roster changes significantly, and as a result, there’s always a lot to rebuild, both technically and internally. The initial priority will be to build the right relationships within the group: between staff and players, and among the players themselves. We have little time to do so, but we usually manage to get there quickly. At the same time, we’ll work on the technical side, as many players have significant room for growth.
