Rinascita Volley Lagonegro is back to work ahead of their Sunday, January 4th, away match against Essence Hotels Fano, the final match of the first half of the Serie A2 Credem Banca regular season and a game that could ultimately decide the team’s fate in qualifying for the next Del Monte® Coppa Italia.
They’re back with confidence and purpose after their brilliant home win against Banca Macerata Fisiomed MC, a victory that lifted the team to an unexpected yet well-deserved sixth place in the standings.
The entire team met yesterday morning to kick off the week with a double session: weight training in the morning and a technical ball session in the afternoon, continuing their growth momentum that is rewarding intensity and cohesion. Today, a single afternoon training session is scheduled, focusing primarily on tactical aspects. Tomorrow, New Year’s Day, the staff has granted a well-deserved rest to recharge physically and mentally in preparation for the final rush of training. On Friday, we’ll return to a double session, the last real step in the buildup to the match, before leaving for the Marche region on Saturday morning.
