Domotek’s signing is ready to dream big. Pawel Stabrawa, the team’s new face, arrives with the enthusiasm of someone looking to complete a trophy cabinet and the knowledge that he’s found a special place to do it: Calabria.
His first words as an Amaranth player paint a picture of a united and promising locker room. “I have a very positive first impression with these new teammates,” Stabrawa began. “I think we’ll form a great group. I already knew many of the volleyball players; we’ve played against them and even with some of them. So I think it will be a great group that can achieve great things together.”
A special, almost visceral affection ties him to this region. When asked “Are you in love with this land?” his response was immediate and full of emotion: “Of course, we’re here surrounded by a spectacular landscape. I feel half Calabrian; I left a big piece of my heart here, and I always enjoy coming back to play here.”
“Let’s leave the personal aspect aside for a bit because the main thing is teamwork,” he clarifies, before confessing: “What’s obviously missing from my resume is winning a championship. It’s a big thing, an important thing. But you have to dream, then try to achieve these dreams, these goals. Yes, in short, I hope this resume can be well rounded out at this point with this missing element.”
