Cascina Taranto Volley will make its official debut in the 2025/26 Credem Banca Serie A2 championship on Sunday at 6:00 PM at the PalaAllende in Fano Prisma, facing Essence Hotels Fano in a match that promises to be a heated affair.
Coming off an excellent season and a convincing preseason, the team from the Marche region boasts a roster balanced between experience and young talent. One standout is setter Manuel Coscione, formerly of Taranto and the key player in the team’s promotion to the Superleague in the 2020/21 season: a playmaker with great charisma and vision.
Coach Gianluca Graziosi introduced the match as follows:
“It’ll be a tough match in Fano, especially since it’s the first matchday of the championship. Fano is a fairly heated environment, so the first matchday will be very heated, and we’ll be met with a lot of support.
