The Terni Volley Academy continues its preparations for their upcoming Serie A3 Credem Banca Girone Blu championship debut (the league opener is on October 26th in Sabaudia, followed by a home opener at Pala Terni on November 2nd). The team will face Altotevere Volley in a friendly match on Friday, September 19th at the Pala Di Vittorio in Terni, for the eagerly anticipated first outing of Leondino Giombini’s Dragons. A good crowd is expected, given the strong interest the project led by President Giampiero Santini and Vice President Francesco Biribanti is generating at all levels. Admission is free, and the arena on Via Di Vittorio can accommodate a maximum of 500 people. The renovation work on the Pala Di Vittorio by the Municipal Administration (including the new heating system and wooden flooring, new lighting, renovation of the changing rooms, and improved safety) will also be presented on this occasion. Councilor for Sport Marco Schenardi will be present.
