A test match, many positive responses. Domotek Volley opened its 2025/2026 season with a strong showing (these are the scores): 25-14, 25-19, 25-12, 25-19 against Pallavolo Crotone, a regional Serie B team, in a heated Palacalafiore stadium despite it being just a joint practice.
The match served as an opportunity for coach Antonio Polimeni to immediately test his large squad. The philosophy was clear from the first whistle: experiment and build a team.
Coach Polimeni, supported by his staff including Sergio Vandir Dal Pozzo and Francesco Giglio, explored all options, mixing up the starting sixes and granting minutes to each available player.
The rotation also included libero positions, with Saverio De Santis and Massimiliano Lopetrone alternating seamlessly on the field.
