“We want to create a family, not just sponsors”
With contagious enthusiasm, Gianluca Romeo, marketing director of Domotek Volley Reggio Calabria, outlined the guidelines for the next season during an exclusive interview.
“We are presenting this new season with the same desire to do well that characterized us last year”, Romeo begins. “That season ended with the failed dream of the play-offs, but it gave us extraordinary growth: as a club, in attendance at the arena and in relationships with partners – a term I prefer to sponsor”.

The Amaranth manager underlines the club’s innovative approach: “We are working to overcome the classic schemes of sports sponsorship. We do not want simple advertisements, but to build a real network between partners who share our values. The goal is to create a family around the team”.

A concept that is confirmed by the numbers: “In the last match we exceeded 4,000 spectators – an exceptional achievement for a club founded only two years ago. This shows how much volleyball is growing in Reggio Calabria. Now we aim to double these numbers, aware of the difficulty but determined to try”.
