Bcc Tecbus Castellana Grotte officially resumed its preparations for the upcoming Credem Banca men’s national Serie A3 volleyball championship at the beginning of this week. On Sunday, September 7, 2025, the traditional gathering of managers, staff, and athletes took place at the Pala Grotte. President Michele Miccolis was also present for the occasion, introducing the new season by reiterating “the important values on which the club is founded. History, commitment, and passion drive the club into a new experience every year,” the New Mater president told coaches and players. “These are the same values we ask of our members, knowing that this is the right path to achieve the goals we have established and set ourselves.”
“It will be an intense season, with a group and a schedule that require us to be ready right away,” added head coach Giuseppe Barbone, before introducing the members of the coaching staff and the medical staff. “We’ve worked to assemble a roster that represents the right balance of experience, talent, and freshness. We know we can count on players who are ready to make themselves available, to work for and with their teammates, and to be leaders, each with their own unique characteristics.”
